All our packages are tailored to suit your needs, wants and budget and are then priced accordingly after the first or second 2 hour consultation where we meet you and your family members involved. You can choose one of the packages outlined below or we can build something to suit you and your requirements perfectly.

Just remember that with the well established contacts we have to give us discounts and the money saving ideas we can offer, you will be within your budget before we even get started!

CONSULTATION SERVICE

Would you like to organise your own Event but you don’t know where to start? Or, have you already booked some things required but are stuck with the rest? This package will suit you. After the consultations have taken place and we know what you are wanting, we then get back to you with a portfolio of recommended contacts and suppliers to fulfill your requirements. It is then up to you to contact them, mention our name and source the quotes and do the organising from there.

If you need further assistance after that, this can be arranged at a per consultation fee.

ON THE DAY

Is your Event all organised but you would like someone there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly? With this package we meet, discuss and record all details of the suppliers you’ve booked, their contact details, timings etc.

We will then contact each of these suppliers to get further details for the event and will be there on the day to meet each of them, making sure they are there on time with everything necessary to carry out your instructions to the letter. We will then supervise and coordinate them all throughout the entire day making sure the set up is just the way you want it and also at the Event to make sure it runs as smooth as silk.

THE FULL PACKAGE

Have you ever dreamed of being able to step back and have a relaxed and stress-free Event? My One Perfect Day will take care of everything with you only having to make the final decisions.

After the initial consultations to establish your dream Event and your budget, we will source all quotes and liaise with the suppliers on your behalf all the way through. We will then be there to make sure they all do there jobs to the letter and will also have the pleasure of being there to see the guests of honour, you, arrive and then enjoy your stress free Event as it takes place, just the way you wanted.
